About Me

I research. I travel. I take pretty pictures. I blog about it.

I'm a full-time web developer in Atlanta. And I love to travel.

I grew up traveling—completing a trip around the world at just 14 months. My parents were always on the go, and with them I've been to more places than I can name. Now that I'm an adult I'm always looking for new places to travel and things to do. Whether around the corner or across the globe, I'm going to start documenting my experiences here.

There are two reasons I started this blog. Initially I wanted an easy way to document my travels, sort of like an online travel journal. I've gotten in the habit of journaling most trips because I almost never remember the level of detail that I write down. I love reading and remembering the little things that made each trip unique. Then, in 2010 I went on a trip to Washington state. It was one of the best trips of my life and it's inspired a lot of people to want to take a similar vacation. Having my itinerary and suggestions in one place sounded like a good idea. So here we are.

I hope you enjoy!
